This place is clean, modern, & the bed was super comfortable. The pool area on the roof is fantastic too with some great views & the pool is heated. It was quiet, we couldn't hear the adjoining main road nor our neighbours. Location-wise it's great; far enough from the centre of El Poblado to relax, but close enough to be a short walk from everything. Personally I never travel to a non-English speaking country & expect it to be spoken, but many of the staff here spoke really good English & were happy to use it. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip.

The team was very friendly and the rooms was in good order even though we were a bit early. The location is great for some and not other I would say. If you like a fun location with walking distance to different restaurant than it would be a great option. If you prefer somewhere more quiet and relaxed traffic it would be better to search for something else. Calle 10A is a bit busy.

The breakfast was great it was fresh and hot I love everything about this hotel and the best of all the staff especially the young man from New York I forgot his name all I know that he said he started there a week ago he is extremely kind and patient and he exceeded my expectation of what customer service is all about.

Breakfast on the rooftop is spectacular. The staff is very kind and helpful. The air conditioner worked great. The room had a smartTV in the room which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel can't be beat. Right by amazing restaurants and near amazing neighourhoods for both daytime exploration and nightlife.
