Haven A Design Hotel

The team was very friendly and the rooms was in good order even though we were a bit early. The location is great for some and not other I would say. If you like a fun location with walking distance to different restaurant than it would be a great option. If you prefer somewhere more quiet and relaxed traffic it would be better to search for something else. Calle 10A is a bit busy.

Loved the property was real close to all the restaurants and bars. Everything was walking distance . The staff extremely nice, and helpful.

This place is clean, modern, & the bed was super comfortable. The pool area on the roof is fantastic too with some great views & the pool is heated. It was quiet, we couldn't hear the adjoining main road nor our neighbours. Location-wise it's great; far enough from the centre of El Poblado to relax, but close enough to be a short walk from everything. Personally I never travel to a non-English speaking country & expect it to be spoken, but many of the staff here spoke really good English & were happy to use it. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip.

The rooftop bar hosts amazing DJS. The pool + parties on the rooftop there make you not leave the hotel all day. The rooms are well serviced and the staff is there to address any issues. The jacuzzi is also well maintained.

Not many places we have traveled have staff as courteous and abundantly accommodating as Haven A Design, Medellin, CO!! CONGRATS to management team and staff!
